Accounts
One person may hold one free account. Creating additional accounts to obtain extra free usage is not permitted and may lead to suspension of every linked account. We may ask you to verify a mobile number before using free features.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. 12-month agreements are billed monthly for the full term; early termination fees are shown before you cancel. Usage beyond your plan's allowance may be billed as overage or drawn from prepaid credits.
Use of data
Property data, comparables and AI-generated analysis are provided for informational purposes and are not an appraisal, legal or financial advice. Verify all figures before making decisions.
Home Value Reports
A Home Value Report is an estimate of your home's value prepared by an Underwritey verified underwriter using our property analysis software, automated valuation models and local market data. It is not an appraisal, is not prepared by a licensed appraiser, and can't be used for a mortgage, loan or other lending purpose. The cash offer, list price, repair figures, selling paths and exit strategy amounts in a report are estimates and illustrations, not offers to buy your home or guarantees of any sale price.
Home Value delivery and refunds
Reports are emailed to the address you enter at checkout within 24 hours of payment, or by the deadline shown at checkout if you add Priority delivery. If your report isn't delivered within 24 hours of payment, or we can't complete it, we refund you in full. If a Priority delivery report misses its deadline, we refund the Priority delivery fee. Otherwise sales are final, and we can't refund a report sent to an email address that was entered incorrectly or can't receive mail. Offers and exit strategies
Asking for an offer or an exit strategy walkthrough is optional and never obligates you to sell. Some exit strategies pay part of the price over time; we explain the terms and risks before you decide, and you may want independent legal or financial advice before agreeing to any sale.
What you send us
When you upload photos or describe your home, you confirm you have the right to share them and that the details are accurate to the best of your knowledge. Your report relies on what you tell us.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell, or automate bulk access to the service, share account credentials, or attempt to bypass usage limits.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in.
