What can we help with?

Underwritey is not a licensed appraiser. Home Value Reports are estimates of value prepared by verified underwriters using Underwritey’s property analysis software, in-house automated valuation models (AVMs) and local market data. They are not appraisals. Appraisal fee ranges are typical national figures and vary by location and property. Refunds are given if a report isn’t delivered within 24 hours or can’t be completed; reports delivered to the email address entered at checkout aren’t refundable if that address is invalid.
